    Truth-In-Housing or Time-of-Sale is a report required in select cities in Minnesota before a home can be put on the market for sale. These ordinances are intended to protect the public welfare and improve city’s housing stock by identifying and recording specific deficiencies.

    Types of sales that need a report include:

  • Pricing: $250

    An annual home inspection gives you the information you need to protect your property and your family. This services is option for families interested in having a home inspection outside of the selling and buying process.

    Our annual home inspection package includes a minimum of one hour to thoroughly inspect your home from roof to basement (weather permitting), another 30 minutes to walk you through the house and answer questions, and a written report.

    We will identify areas in need of attention and maintenance — helping you proactively head off large, complicated, costly repairs down the road. Additionally, we will ensure your home is as safe as it can be and let you know what you need to address to avoid potentially life-threatening disasters, like fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, or bodily injuries.

  • Pricing: $175

    An expedited inspection (walk-through inspection) is a non-exhaustive inspection for buyers interested in determining the stability and soundness of a property before making an offer; the inspector will pay close attention to main components only. A report is not included.

    This option is widely used by Real Estate investors or buyers with prior knowledge about building practices but in need of another opinion.

    Per the EPA, Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. You can’t see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.     Sewer $225
    This inspection is done with a camera attached to a snake line. The camera records the state of the sewer, revealing any cracks, tree roots, collapsed lines, clogs and other problems inside the sewer.
